A cloud hub concept interrupts the vertical facade with inserted boxes that hold three shared areas, a public hub at podium level, a leisure hub in the middle and a business hub at the top. Viewing stairs, two entry plazas and terraces form a three-dimensional public space. Green terraces blur the boundary between indoor and outdoor areas.
